With Stada Health Stories, the team has developed a storytelling format that takes a journalistic and contemporary approach to different health topics.
For Epsiode 4 the brief was to find somebody who is an expert when it comes to food and its nutritional qualities. My job was to research possible protagonist, interview them and then write the voice over for the film.
During the process I was fortunate enough to stumble across chef and artist Jinok Kim-Eicken. Immigrated from Korea, she worked as an opera singer, singing teacher and ceramist before opening her own restaurant in Berlin. She serves meals, inspired by her Korean roots on the very ceramics she produces herself, grows herbs and vegetables in her own garden and considers her restaurant NaNum a place for community.
